Abstract submissions will be accepted during the registration process. If you have already registered for the conference and wish to submit an abstract, please use your login information created at the time of registration.
Abstract submission has been designed to take only plain text information; no figures or diagrams are to be submitted or special characters used.
Please ensure that all your information is noted in the appropriate fields. All information is to be submitted through the conference website. The organizers will not be accepting separate files.
Registration

Registration for the 21sth International Mass Spectrometry Conference will open January 1, 2016.
Fees include all applicable taxes.
Abstract submissions will be accepted during the registration process.
The process will permit the delegate to effect changes to the registration and abstract submissions. Kindly note that changes to the abstract submissions will not be possible after the date set as close of submission.

In this course, leaders in industrial mass spectrometry from a broad range of multinational companies including Sanofi-Pasteur, Sciex, Waters, Maxxam, Fluidigm, Ionics and many others will share stories on: Career paths in industry, historical perspectives on the development of their company / sector, entrepreneurial stories or 'case study' industrial research projects in mass spectrometry. The course will offer ample time for formal an informal discussion with each speaker, culminating in a panel discussion on "Maximizing Success in Industrial Careers in Mass Spectrometry" and "Industry / Academic Collaborations in Industrial Mass Spectrometry"

IMSC Conference Policies:
Please review these policies which are intended to assure the comfort and privacy of all conference participants:
  • Name Badges are required for all conference sessions, including the exhibit hall and hospitality suites.
  • No smoking is permitted in the conference centre.
  • Cell phones must be turned off in the oral sessions.
  • No photography or recording is allowed in oral sessions or in the Poster-Exhibit Hall.
  • Material presented or displayed at the IMSC Conference, including but not limited to orals, posters, workshops, exhibit booths and hospitality suites, is the intellectual property of the presenter and may not be recorded, photographed, quoted, disseminated or transmitted by summary in any form without the express approval of the author of the material presented. Such materials must contain appropriate credits for all quotations or photographs.
  • The placement of advertising in the meeting area is strictly limited. There are poster boards and tables in the Exhibit Hall for approved notices and literature. Other approved notices and announcements may be posted on desginated Boards in the Exhibit Hall.
  • Hardware, accessories or any items for sale may be displayed only in exhibit booths and hospitality suites.
  • No organized activities (even off-site) other than those approved by IMSC are allowed during the conference week.
  • Corporation or institutional logos in slides or posters may appear only one time in the presentation.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations received in writing by the Treasurer, IMSC 2016 c/o ETP Symposium Inc., P.O. Box 1166, Sharon, Ontario, Canada, L0G 1V0 by June 30, 2016 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $150 CDN administation fee. Student Registration fees will be subject to a $40 CDN administration fee. Cancellations received on June 30, 2016 or later will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted. This can be done by re-accessing your registration using the link on your confirmation letter. Transfer of registration onsite will incur a fee of $75 CDN. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the IMSC 2016.

Letter of Invitation for VISA:
To receive a letter of invitation for VISA applications, kindly ensure that you click the appropriate box during the registration process. A letter will be sent upon confirmation of payment of the registration fee.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images:
Registration and attendance at, or participation in the IMSC 2016 Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IMSC's and CSMS' use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
